New or old?

Ive recently purchased the new one and even after my massive rant about how Hollywood cant just remake classics with our Robin Williams passing and it never ever ever going to be as good or even remotely close to the original, and how Hollywood have become laxy gits and burning great films and not being able to write any new films nowadays, it wasnt so bad and i enjoyed it and i have now watched it twice and really like how they have twisted it for the modern world ImageImage

The new version, tbh it was a really good family film, I like the old version, but the new version has been adapted to a gaming audience very well and it’s a quality film in its own right.

More saturation coverage of the upcoming Royal Wedding. Live from London, etc.
And some fascinating if misguided US concepts of life in the UK.

Restrepo

Photographer Tim Hetherington and journalist Sebastian Junger allow the realities of war to speak for themselves in this unnarrated documentary about a U.S. platoon in Afghanistan. The men of Second Platoon, Battle Company, 173rd Airborne Brigade teeter from naivete to weariness as months of alternating boredom and fighting take their toll. The loss of medic Juan "Doc" Restrepo leads the platoon to name an outpost in the remote Korengal Valley after him.

More volcano "coverage" (lolz!) from the Big Island.....it's pretty epic when you see the aerial shots.....the earth has been quite literally ripped open.

I've got that on one of my screens at work. I just shut the blind so you couldn't see the screen reflection in the window :)

I'd like to try it but I'm really unsure about how to download stuff onto a phone & make it work. Never seems to end well for me. Technophobe.

The kids have that on DVD and it’s played in the house at least 6 times in the last two weeks.
