The London Marathon, our outside thermometer says 27°C, we live on the coast where it’s normally cooler by 3-5°C than inland, I have no idea how anyone can run 26 miles in a full costume in this weather. I’ve just seen one guy in an oak tree costume, still running.......

Full marks and well done all of you out there doing it for charity.

Jist watched The Island where 2 groups are stranded on a desert island with very little supplies. Its hard enough doing a couple of nights shifts with very little sleep, but when you sre starving and not comfortable and in heat, thats tough!
