Hey Perks, I would be keen on the reciepe you are using. Found a few online but would feel happier with one I know someone is using. He sells starter kits it lasts forever if you look after the scoby properly
It cleanses the liver and helps promote collagen production which is why I am drinking it

Stone Wood ale. It's very light, almost citrus like. I could drink a lot of this very easily
