Weekend Plans
Anyone up to anything?
Out for a mate's 50th tonight
Tomorrow I've got to pick up the SX then I'm taking my lad to the football
Sunday out on the bike with a slapper or two.

Re: Weekend Plans
Off to South Wales on the bike, camping in my mates field. Some of the roads down there are a as good as the Black Forrest and the Alps.
Will have to sort out a Tankslap ride this summer.

Re: Weekend Plans
It's my birthday today so Mrs is taking me to a restaurant in Warwick called La Mesa. It's £35 a head for 5 courses but there's no menu to choose from. You rock up and get served what the guy bought fresh that day. It's rated #1 restaurant on trip advisor in Warwick so must be good. Tomorrow I may have a hangover so Saturday could be a write off.

Re: Weekend Plans
Not too much....
Just got driven in to a hotel near the airport and flying to NZ tomorrow morning for the week.
Used my points for an upgrade so treating the girl to business class.
Drinking gin in the lobby bar. There will only be one, bloody robbers. Walking to the nearest bar down the road.

Re: Weekend Plans
Tonight will be mainly chilling with a curry and a bottle of wine.
Tomorrow well probably involve some gardening, with Sunday mostly taken up by taking the kids out.
Also a lot of deliberation about selling one or both of the bikes...

I don't really know.Blade wrote:What you thinking of Nutz ?
Thinking of something a little more upright this time. I'm starting to find the sports position more and more uncomfortable for anything over an hour.
I still want something with some decent low to mid range grunt, the v-twin has made me lazy. I can probably only muster about 5k though, and that includes selling both bikes which could be tricky.

Re: Weekend Plans
5k is a good budget and you can get plenty of bike for that mate.
