Tonight will be finishing off the fettling with the YZ, sorting filter, plug, check bolts, gear lever needs moving... oil, fuel etc...
Once thats done, replace the pads on the S1, i have had the pads for ages, but every time I check they look ok. However it was in for an MOT recently and that was flagged up.
It was the Monthly Triumph Rat run today, chilly and wet, so I took the beemer, spend bloody ages cleaning the 765 and the rear is a little close to being done, so it stayed wrapped up... I didnt want to get it dirty so soon lol.
Had a really good day on dry roads, wets roads, floods... and a bit of rain later in the day. I have to say and I know I have said it before, but that S1000R is such a good bike, really had fun on it today. Going off onto roads that I have not ridden for ages on the bike, made it even more fun.
Wintered the bikes today. Good clean and sort out.
I also put the missus’s 400-4 back together, it’s been in bits for 10 years. I now need to find time to strip it completely / properly and get it running, needs a lot of work but a cool bike. 1976 vintage

Sunday I dropped off toys for the Reading Toy run... Its amazing how many people come out to support the ride. Then again they close most of the roads so nobody can get anywhere anyway lol. A little vid on some of the route. left the camera on waiting to get out the car park !!! Doh... run out of battery to early.....
Yesterday I made use of a hole in the weather to take the bike up to Squire's cafe and back on the back roads, 90 miles so far and still over 200 in the massive tank.
