Is this a Birthday ? If so happy birthday, on a positive note that's 50 years of some memories I am sure not all, but plenty you can look back on and smile, even laugh your head off.... So there is no reason why the next 50 can't be like that :)

50 is fine. My in-laws are both in their 80s this year and they've got a better social life than me.

Fwiw, I think I can remember being 50 ( but I'm still only 21 really )

Remember, your "true age" isn't necessarily how many years since you were born IMHO. 8)

50's not old mate, I rejoined the RAF at 50 as a reservist, having said that it was a bit like dads army so maybe it is old, Im all sad now :( :) :)

Haha!! My boss tells me to stop assuming at work as I've been known to cock up on my assumptions and just charging in to most situations...5 years later still haven't learnt haha
