installing the new internet hub. 2 minute job and everything seems to be working as it should.
I'll have to fire up the playstation later on to see how fast it is.

Few drinks at home after a very full on week. Bringing an Autistic teenager down off the edge is consuming.
At the same time have been working through a list of obstacles to Byron being at mine full time while I’m still offshore, and removing a lot of them. Including securing $14K a year of funding for in home support care while I’m not here.
Maybe I’ll sleep more than 4-5 hrs tonight.

In other news I got too much FOMO with everyone eating hot cross buns when I can’t (yeast intolerance) even though I used to love them. Searched for sourdough versions but nothing available locally.
So researched making my own sour dough versions (which i can tolerate) and am 3 days into maturing a sourdough starter culture. In another 3-4 days I’ll be able to start the two day process of sour dough maturing and hopefully cross bun baking.
I’m enjoying the process and getting back to early basics of baking.

Had a cold day, and it killed my starter. Maybe leaving it on the stone bench wasn’t the smartest idea.
Take 2

Well, I had a 40 mile-ish cycle ride planned out, but it's cold as can be here today so that's been re-evaluated into a 20 mile ride that I'll bundle up for.
I can't find my gloves.

Nice.
I was half-right....I guessed Budapest might be in Hungary, but more than likely in Austria.
