lost two stone and started to shows a bit of a 6 pack , weights are going well but I dont ever think I will be as strong as I was around ten years ago

No, not just BREXIT, we've had an ageing population and a skills shortage for many years. Sadly the government (including the previous Labour government to some degree) has managed to convince a majority of voters that Mohamed the brain surgeon is after their job!
