It doesn't take much to look after your customers. The Hein Gericke in Birmingham was really good for that. All of the staff were chatty, no pressure, keen to help. And it paid off, you always left with something :D J and S on the other hand - I have no idea how they stay in business. ...

I think I managed to ride for about 3 miles this morning in lane 1 of the M6 without having to slow down. All of the other buggers were in lanes 2 and 3. One even flashed his lights at me. He didn't change lanes though.

... are very well catered for hotels are top notch. I went on my own the first time, and was looked after really well, hence going again. These were two days on track, this time it will be 3 days on track, but even two days is plenty to be fair, for 10am to 5 or 6 with an hour break for lunch ...

I did this to mine on the Aprilia, i only cut a shape to fit where the boots were actually rubbing. The Ali swingarm had a clear OEM patch to stop the polished swingarm being scratched off boots anyway.
