... to get a sportier tyre as it gets closer to nice weather though, and then when worn out go back to a touring tyre. Dunlop's Sportsmart was always my tyre of choice. You can only get the Sportsmart2 these days and I never actually used it but that would be the tyre I'd be trying next. Either ...

Re: What are you doing today ??
I have a busy day of squeezing my uni work into what little spare time I get. That and hating the design work I'm doing at the minute. I get part way through something then realise it doesn't work so change the design. Do that a few times then revisit the paper and pen method until I get it right ...

(blush) I've got some antibiotics for my ears that are in my 'fix everything' first aid kit i bought for when i was doing the Himalayas ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread
The reason for the questions is that I was watching a video about Steroids VS Natural and the main thing I picked up was the way they train... Steroid users recommend high reps and to get the pump going, 20-40 reps. They said they do that because their bodies can recover way faster than ...

... isn't really high enough to **** you up its not too bad. Having said that, on the final sets I can find myself trying to get the reps out of the way quicker because I know I won't make 20 if I go slower. Form doesn't seem to suffer, but timing might.

I missed Homeland last night. I'll catch up over the weekend.
I started to watch Hacksaw Ridge as I had the house to myself but everyone came home half way through it. I'll finish that off tomorrow.
I did get chance to watch the latest Star Wars Rebels.

Some internet show about Hitler's Eagle's Nest.
The locals' loyalties are still in evidence....it's either-
A....The Americans never made it all the way up there.
Or....
B....They did, and they fcuked the place all up.
Can't have it both ways, people.

... School boy error, I set my rear sets up while wearing trainers! Just for the record I don't hate all cyclists, just the ones that go the wrong way down a one way single track road with blind corners. Tosssers!

I ran 5.6km yesterday on a whim.. ran all the way to our football pitch where they have pull up bars, tricep dip bars etc dotted around so did a set of circuits too.
