Without wishing to appear disrespectful however, I'm not sure if I totally agree with the message. Surely your concentration needs to be at pretty much 100% 100% of the time when riding.?

I've got some really flexible glasses that I got from specsavers, ultra lightweight and brilliant in a lid.
Not sure if they do them anymore, bratty will know of course....
You have to be careful putting them on in the lid, but once on they flex with the movements of your head.
Never had a problem.

... its a fair point that its a long way to go for just two days. I think i would want to do three if i went all that way. While I agree, I'm not sure I've got the fitness to do 3 days straight on track.. But.... That said, it could persuade me to do an extra day a week down the gym :D I was surprised ...
