done the same myself , I splashed the cash and bought a Held jacket. Ladies fit are really hard and I wanted a longer jacket without the need to carry a bum bag. & pockets did it for me. Very nice jacket Kingfixer, looks like ...

I believe its' illegal for governments to fund such projects under EU law.
I think Jerez has been or is about to be prosecuted for the same thing.
The Liberty stadium in Swansea is also being investigated for something similar.
