... to a dealer a while ago and he said they are made for italians where the body is short and the legs are long, the classic british frame is the other way round. My leathers are Dianese and I can certainly vouch for the legs being too long.

Glad to help. Good tip IMO is buy a little extra in case you mess up and if you don't you have enough for a replacement or any other job that may come up. Its useful stuff to have lying around.
