X_Rays is clear and today back seems to feel a lot better than it has. Few other good bruises coming out. My elbow is pretty missed up but hadn’t even noticed with all the back issues.

... just got back from our treck through the forest that runs up the Wolds. Kiera did our Deer stalking for us * (luckily she chose obey her recall, even if she did pretend not to hear me for the first few hundred yards of the chase) * Don't have a dog, and have to wag your own tail.
