Yes it's a very snug fit in there, I had to put the chain on the sprocket before sliding it on so I don't think a +1 would work on the front, it's a pretty tall geared bike so not many would want to go up on the front sprocket. I'm back from Jordan bikes already ...

Some Sony ear buds. I'm pissed off with the sound quality of cheap ones, and the fact the only last 5 minutes before they stop working out charging.

Tonight I'm going to see former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley in concert..... he'd quit (...or been fired, depending on who you want to believe) that band shortly before I saw them waaay back in the early '80s.

... to be honest I was ready for a little 40 winks when I got back. Pleased to say, considering yesterday was hard going, my body was not as bad as before... well happy with that. And managed over 10 miles walking today.

Then I did some cooking before going to another fish shop for some black neon tetra. Cleaned out a couple of fish tanks, fed and watered the spiders, prepared a tandoori marinade ...

I got my neighbour, Phil out on his bike and we met up with Sergio and Gaz at Squires for coffee, then went the back way to Seaways for more coffee and a chat before heading back down the A64 and home again, about 100 miles for me and Phil and I really needed that after 2 months off the bike.

... warning sticker for the passenger airbag, took me some frustration to find that... All done bar the carpet cleaning, I want to be sure it's fixed before I get started on that.
