Re: Rossgo's Saviour!!

Great to hear your first shift went without a hitch Rossgo, if you feel shattered after it then there is a good chance that they will have been pleased with the effort you put in.? Does your job involve maintaining the track & carts when the events are not running, ...

It seems (after talking to staff) it's very much a do or die environment. The people that do are very good at what they do, the people who die either leave or ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I pushed myself on legs yesterday...

160kg squats for 4 (really wobbly after the last one so I called it a day)

322.5kg leg press for 3

My target of 2x bodyweight for squats is definitely achievable! :)

Nah Deegee, C. isn't a worry, he's the same level and pay as myself, we are in the same roles but look after different but adjoining areas, hence we share a field office. There is nothing sinister in it, he's just inherently lazy and a wind up merchant. ...

It was dangerous if I'm honest. Could have easily cracked a rim or worse at barely walking pace. Genuinely 3rd ...

Went out for a hoon after 3 weeks without being on it. I must admit I think I rode like an absolute plank at times. Don't think I got out of tops 3rd gear for 100miles that I was out for. Had a real squeaky bum moment at one time. Blasting ...
