I guess I could've rephrased it and asked which way the gear spline rotated to go up the box.
The triumph rotates anti-clockwise to go up.

Re: Yamaha R6 shifter question
Thanks.
It's a little difficult explaining to people that the R6 unit fit the 675, hence I'll advertise it as R6 only.

Re: Yamaha R6 shifter question
Lets assume everything is stock...
With the PUSH sensor, shift rod would be pushed for up shifts.
I actually had it fitted to a 675!
Looking at selling it and moving in a different direction, hence I need to know what it actually fits!!

Yamaha R6 shifter question
I have a stand alone Translogic iS4 quickshifter from an R6 with a PUSH sensor.
Can anyone tell me if this is used in ROAD/STD or GP/RACE pattern?
TIA

Daytona 600, 650 Speed Four fuel tank, cap and pump
RARE SPARES!! Casting a wide net to see if any of the old Australian D6 owners are active... Fuel tank, cap and pump to suit the Triumph inline 4s. In Melbourne, Australia. Customs probably won't let me post OS. AU $250 http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170105/73a6317383f2cb228d61f1f45f4b024b.jpg ht...

Re: CBR600F3(W) tacho feed
Thanks DG Not had the neutral switch out or the pulse cover off. Standard tacho. It's seen some weather and the aftermarket tacho that was on it years ago was ditched as it had some issues... which I guess now come back to either the pulse generator, the CDI or the wiringing between... Re: CBR600F3(W) tacho feed
I spend little time in front of a PC these days and only trawl the inter-web for spares and upgrades!! The 675 is going well. Just fitted a billet oil cooler to prevent the 06-08 known heat exchanger failure. I've also fitted a quickshifter and modified the rearsets to suit the push unit, completely...

CBR600F3(W) tacho feed
Hi I've been restoring an old '98 CBR600F3 race bike. Long story short, it was given to me by a mate. He high-sided at turn 11 Phillip Island (after MG corner), breaking his collar bone. It then got parked in an apple cool store and subsequently moved again into a hay shed. Recently his folks wanted...

Re: Phillip Island gets another decade as MotoGP's Australia
I rode it 10 years ago before the revamp and it was great back then!!
I think they now have the international circuit, a skid pan, go kart track and an abridged version of the international track for juniors or retards (sorry, motards).

Re: Phillip Island gets another decade as MotoGP's Australia
The alternative would be Sydney Motorsport Park or as it was know previously, Eastern Creek. It's just had a major revamp with tracks added/extended, resurfacing etc etc.
From memory, PI had the first Aussie round before it went to Sydney for a few years..

Re: Biking other halves
I pushed and pushed my then girlfriend (and now wife) to ride pillion with me when we started going out. When she eventually gave in, I perched her atop the tiny pillion seat of a '94 Blade (which was also several inches higher than my seat) at the top of a driveway with a very steep slope. She sat ...

Re: E BAY HELP - I have a question
I buy most things second hand for the bikeas I'm on a shoe-string budget. This item just happened to be new (a bonus). It's no RCS 19 unit but it's better than the stock Nissin unit (hopefully!!). Overseas postage scares many on ebay, so I need a nice polite (and cajoling) message prior to bidding!!...

Re: E BAY HELP - I have a question
If you're looking at getting stuff at auction at a better price WITHOUT waiting till the very end, bidding in the last 20 seconds and then missing out anyway, you can use a proxy bidder. Ebay doesn't like them but there is nothing they can do to stop it. I use bidnapper.com but there are others avai...

Re: Suzuka 8 Hour (Contains Spoilers)
There seemed to be a depression there and he changed line, running wide and eventually ran off track. It was almost like the front was going away and he had to stand it back up mid corner.
Glad to see his missus hasn't lost it....

Re: Dukiti Cafe Racer...so tempted
My mate dave russell (the stunt rider) has one with a bussa front fairing and duct tail attached. He seized it on the way home from a group ride along the Great Ocean Rd.
It's a 'for shits n giggles' thing.
Also seen them doing track days at Phillip island!
