Re: What you watching?

I've not seen any of this series but he is a good presenter. I loved the one he did about the brothel in the US. That one lady was determined to bed him. That was really funny :D The latest series I couldn't watch the first one as it was about euthanising doggies :(. The second one this week was ab...

Re: Sorry, Was busy Texting...

It's everywhere now and bloody dangerous.

They should have phone blocking signals either in cars or on the major routes. It should disable texts and Internet and only work on bluetooth talk IMO. It can't be that difficult can it?

Re: Protective sticky stuff

I think venture shield is made by 3m. I have used 3m and venture shield and there the same product. You are correct they are both made by 3M, however they are different products. 3M bought ventureshield a few years ago as it was outselling their own product as it protects paint from UV better and w...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Washed the Multi and prepped it ready for Sunday. Also knocked the bearings out of the 5 spoke front wheel for the 748 in readiness for the powdercoating. I've ordered some tyre levers to have a go at removing the tyres. Duke, if you've got some old bolts or plugs for the bolt holes, then put them ...

Re: F**ktard of the day goes to..

It's quite an issue in London now with wealthy Arabs driving super cars around like a racetrack apparently.

Fifth gear this week had a feature, it costs them £10k to ship them over to use them for a few weeks! Mainly Lamborghini Aventadors this year apparently :^

Re: someone wants to take the bike round the car park

My dad asked a few times in the past. "It's only a 600" Yeah dad. That's right. It's also 30 years since you last rode a bike. Sod off. My dad took my Daytona out about 6 years ago now while I was cleaning it (yes officer he stole it) as I wouldn't let him ride it. I went in the house (my...

Re: Protective sticky stuff

I guess you could use sticky back plastic, but it's what the sticky does to the surface it's stuck to that would concern me.

Ventureshield doesn't affect paintwork, which is why I have it on my bikes and cars.

You can buy sheets of it too rather than specific kits. Easy to fit too.

Re: What are you eating ??

I had kangaroo over Christmas. Unimpressed tbh. Not worth it over beef IMO. We have an ostrich farm up the road so that will get a visit during the year. I'd like to try it. That's a shame. My take on the Kangaroo steak was that it seemed very tasty. I felt it's consistency was about that of a firm...

Re: Birthday Treat

The clutches don't tend to come up used from what I've seen sadly.

The RCS is fantastic. I've had two in my time. RC8 has a decent Brembo mc anyway so doesn't need the upgrade IMO.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Paying £140 to get my car through an MOT. (facepalm) Apparently some bored biker has been treating his car like an extra on the Dukes of Hazrd and hammering it into corners. So much so it's knacked bits of the suspension so the car needs some TLC. (angel) Spudda, don't tell Rich. Sounds ok to me, g...

I don't think I'd be able to sort out a test ride. I speak very little Chinese.
What brings you to china then? Where did you originally come from?

Do introduce yourself :)
