My new Givi tankbag. Very impressed.

The 1090 is a lot slimmer. It's got 125bhp on it which is probably enough for my needs. Plus a quick online search shows I can get it insured with MCE for £325. The cheapest 1290 is more than double that with a load of insurers looking for 4 figures! Not a bad option. I'm a big fan of the LC8 varia...

It is ugly, but better looking that the ducati wings. Is it me or is the nose and screen at a lower angle?

Sounds more like tendon/muscle tenderness to me, probably jarred it. Rowing isn't that gentle on your body especially with poor form (which the majority of people, myself included, have) Your probably right - and my form is crap at the moment, so my own fault i reckon, so RICE this afternoon. (yawn)

Spent some of yesterday trying to apply helicopter tape to the rear flanks of the 765. My god that stuff is hard work to get right. It's a bit bubbly on one side, but will protect the rear which is already starting to mark. I managed to polish 99% of it out before putting the tape on, but stretching...

I've ridden similar to one of those - bloody massive. Handles well for a big bike, but i wasnt keen. It's how big the front and the tank seems that puts me off.
