I'm easing myself back into full time commuting on a bike. I was glad I used the car yesterday - the rain on the way home was very heavy.

today I will be mostly pretending that I am an expert on boat haulage.

Back, shoulders and abs last night.

It shows how important it is to get your form right. My instructor dropped the weights for some of the back exercises but showed me the right way to do it. Despite having much lower weights to deal with I couldn't finish all my sets.

Virgin Media have my order but the extra TV channels hadn't gone live last night. I'll try again this evening.
