Do them single leg, identify your weakest leg and then match your strongest leg to that I'm fairly even, I do a lot of weighted single leg squats and weighted walking lunges. This week was ramping up the chest press. 3 weeks ago it was just the bar, this week...

Took it out for the first time this year yesterday.

It was cold, slippery, and there was gravel everywhere. Bloody good fun though.

Android phones are much of a muchness I think. I've got the pixel 6 pro, it was on a good deal. Works well, no real complaints.
