Excel Help

Post by Cav »

Anybody in here good with Excel?

We don't have Projects so we're running everything through Excel - not ideal.

In my gantt chart I have text (wingdings symbols) correlating to events with associated time and personnel responsible. So column E is hours, F is person and then DH through RE is the timeline. I already have a COUNTIFS set up for number of activities on a day that refer to me as the primary. Now I want to have a cell beneath that which attributes time.

Essentially, index or row against my countifs and then multiply the value in column E associated with that and do a SUM of all at the end.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!!!
