I can't see anything other than a labour landslide next election. Whether labour can improve things is another question.

They will, it's the cycle of politics in the UK.

Labour make unpopular choices to fix the mess made by the Tories, life is shit and people yearn for the Tory good times when money was cheap.

**** are quickly forgotten and old people say it was better in my day under the Tories and they get voted back in again.

We need to start ringfencing certain taxes to pay certain elements.

The economy is shot. No one is spending as they don’t have any money or credit left,

One example is the car market. No one is buying cars so wait for car manufacturers / dealers to start going under.

I’m not sure Labour will do much better but they might be kinder. We need a new approach to how our governments raise money and spend money. The attitude of that more money solves problems needs to change too. IMO.
