I'm afraid not quite as bad, just doesn't cut it anymore, we need a seismic change. We need a national strike, but sadly there are still too many I'm alright Jacks. Maybe in another 10/20 years, there will be enough people with literally nothing to lose.

I see the Sue Gray report is out.

It's worth remembering that she's not there to pass judgment, just to report on her findings.

However, the report does use the following phrases:
  • the behaviour is difficult to justify
    there are failures of leadership
some of the events should not have been allowed
the excessive consumption of alcohol is not appropriate
She's done a full list of the events. There's at least 15 during the tightest of restrictions. At least 10 of them have reached the threshold for criminal investigation by the police.

She concludes that the government needs to address several issues immediately and that they do not have to wait for the police to investigate.

The police have received over 300 photos so far from the various number 10 parties and gatherings.

Just listening to Johnson in Parliament. Every time he opens his mouth he just drops himself in it further. Flailing about making excuses and just making it ever more blatant how unfit for office he always was.

This if my favourite of the day.
'Frat house culture' at Boris Johnson's Downing Street flat 'led to aides banning him from taking top-secret documents home after he left them lying around in view of visitors'

Starmer was set upon by a large group of right wing nutters. It's a good job the police were there

A few of them can be heard adding why he prosecuted journalists.

Johnson's words have worked.

We're going down the Trump road of politics.

That doesn't sound particularly encouraging.

Johnson tells a lie

His supporters swallow it and act on it.

It was rent a mob today.

The tide is turning though.

My parents have defended him regardless of what he has said and done, until now.

If those who are in charge and make the rules, break them as they wish with no comeback from the law, you end up with anarchy.
