You have to wonder how it was ever allowed to be released on the road.

The new guy seems like he's stuck between a rock and a hard place....trying to do right by the old owners is going to hobble the new horse he's riding right into the knacker's yard if he's not careful.

I bet he gets the £50k fine which he can't pay anyway as he is now declaring bankruptcy.

"bike will not be sent to Nigeria"

How can a bike looking that good be so massively flawed??
What a shame.

He knew what he was doing. A financial punishment is insufficient.

Final day of pension hearing today.

Custodial sentence threshold has been passed for Stuart Garner according to judge.

Sentencing today after impact statements considered.

Fingers crossed he goes down for a while...

I hope the pensioners he stole from get their money back too. He was allegedly living a high standard of life out in South Africa the last I heard.

That should not be allowed to happen.

Stuart Garner has been sentenced to 12 months reduced to eight months for each count he plead guilty to. Each sentence is suspended for two years. Stuart Garner is not going to jail today.

A suspended sentence for any crime other than drink driving or assaults is pointless, this man has his (others) money so doesn't need to do the same again does he. That's all the suspended part is intended to do, deter repeat offences.

Crime pays if you have the right contacts. Just look at this Government creaming off millions from the taxpayer.

Has he got to pay the money back?

Someone will catch up with him. He's pissed off a lot of people, a few of them aren't the type to write off debts.

So steal millions and get a £20k fine and a suspended sentence? Crime definitely pays.

I remember him at the Nec when Jack and Frankie were taking photos. Pretending he was something special and lording over his minions, yet all he turns out to be is a thieving criminal.

my mates Dad says " A Millionaire has committed a million crimes "
I think that is pretty much true for the majority of them .
