The sad truth is that they aren't noticed... countless times I've seen Blues stuck behind a third lane hogger

Well the blue viffer won. One owner, clean bike, well looked after. Took it out for a quick ride, pulled like a steam train and handled well to. Also has a scottoiler and abs which weren't advertised, big bonus of the full luggage.

All being well I pick it up on Friday or Saturday.

Now to order the polite jacket (giggle)

How far is the journey, Nutz? 100 miles per day is a fair bit of fuel. At 30mpg that is over £15 per day. At 50mpg it’s approx £10 per day. Over a month that is a fair saving.

Centre stand as well which saves you the expense of having to get a paddock stand for it.

Looking at the photos it's hard to believe it's a 17 year old bike as looks in great condition. Nice one mate, enjoy the ride to work (y)

I'll look at the photos when I get home but if it's the VFR I think it is in the blue I think it is... I'll be a bit jealous.

I used to pass one on my commute most days with a 4-exit micron exhaust - the sound that bike made was beautiful !!

The gear driven cams sound lovely too. Proper engine in that bike (rock)

Yes mate, a shade under 100 miles a day. Your savings don't take into consideration the fuel wasted at a stand still either, plus I'm sure the BMW isn't making 30 mpg either! I burned half a tank of fuel going to Bristol and back, that should be about 150 miles.

My car won't even get 150 miles on a full tank (blush)

I'm not sure if I'd just be better shoving fivers in the filler rather than Shell V Power (giggle)

It's this white enough at a distance?

I can imagine that lid and a blue vfr will have a positive effect on the ease of travel on your commute (giggle)

People won't be able to move over quick enough (y)

Glad for you Nutz. Haven't commented on this as i wasn't able to help really (if you have nothing to bring to the party....and all that!) but now you have decided think you have gone for the right one. Let us know how pick up goes and more pics please

Also congrats on new contract. 100 mile therr and back should be a doodle on the VFR

That helmet is white & visible, without being white for the sake of being visible.
