Feck. I can't believe people are prepared to pay those prices.

There was a place in London where the price was over £3 a litre... Apparently they where trying to discourage people from filling up until their delivery arrived.

Pure profiteering, and as people are told it's a crisis and they must panic they will pay what ever they have to do they aren't panicking anymore.

I found a Sainsbury petrol station on the way home selling super unleaded for £1.45 so I filled up.

I ended up paying £1.49.9 on Friday, that was 95 E10 the super unleaded was £1.62.9

I can't see any queues on forecourts and the supply's are plentiful, no out of service pumps.. and the prices are still climbing.

The news on the radio just reckoned $100 dollars a barrel and £1.50 a litre by Xmas for E10 unleaded.

That made my morning, I would not be surprised if the moron who wrote that has a degree in finance and works for the government. :D

What I know is if I let my car run really low on fuel it will cost £90 to fill up, 18 months ago it would have been £60 for the same 60L of Diesel

Fuel prices still seem to be going up. I'm seeing between £1.45 and £1.49,9

I wonder if they'll be prepared to go through the £1.50 barrier?
