Yeah put the Michelin's on a couple of days before we left. They have about 2500 miles on them now and plenty of life left. I'll swap back to Supercorsas for summer (higher ultimate grip and easier to lean right over) but as a do anything tyre I rate them highly.

I don't think I've had a pair of Michellin tyres.

A little edit to say that maybe "plenty of life left" was a bit of an exaggeration! Had a little look at them last night and they are definitely showing signs of wear. There's still a few miles left though and to be fair, they have spent a significant percentage of their life at well into 3 figures!
I'd have them again and I know Rocket preferred the profile of these over his Contis.

Try them - I've had a couple of different Michelin tyres and the cheapest were the pilot power (I think) cheap tyre but I as able to use them in the coldest of months while doing my IAM training with very little problems! I thought that was excellent

What sort of mileage did you get out of them Andy.

I had a set of 2CT's on the Daytona. Tall profile but very good. I don't think Michelin make a bad tyre - Car or Bike. I've just bought some Michelin's for the Jag and they stick like **** to a blanket.

There are some new Pilot Road 5's coming out early next year, might be worth looking at.

I am not a Michelin fan at all had a couple of sets and hated them. How ever after riding andys bike on our trip and seeing how they performed i was impressed. Next time i need to good road tyres i will definitely consider these.
