To be fair you work hard and bloody he'll if you don't treat yourself now when will you do it, life is worth living and you only get chances once so I totally understand if you are able to get what you want then defo do it. What a purchase

Been a tough year and when the 10 died I thought stuff it I'm getting a Pani.

I'm normally take ages looking but as luck would have it the right bike was available so I made the committment and jumped in and glad I did too its a stunning bike and been a life long ambition to own a Ducati sportsbike.

Jeeze, just think if you waited another week you may of had to wait another 6 months just of searching because this one would of been sold. I tend to do the same, it's got to be the right vehicle for me to jump. But when you feel its right, it's right!!

Change the spark plugs, certainly sir.
That will be just 2x £3.61 parts & 17.5 hrs labour.

It doesn't use spark plugs, it uses wild caught fireflies from the foothills of the Fiemme Mountains

Tbh spark plugs are an absolute doddle to get at the rocker covers are very easily accessed. Changing them on my Blade and Zx10r was a nightmare with tank off, airbox off and throttle body's removed etc...

Each to their own but I think there is a beauty in the design but that's probably just the engineer in me The packaging is tight and not a single mm is wasted but access to the clutch, spark plugs, throttle body's, cct, air filter and service items is very easy. Even the shock and adjustable linkage are accessible. That's clever design to me and that has a beauty but I'm a bit of a spotter on these things haha

Duke will know alot more from owning a 748 but Ducati have put alot of effort and thought into maintenance work scopes and reducing service costs and the mileage interval for service work is now nearly double a japanese bike.

Still alot of misconceptions out there.

I believe ones raised in captivity can be used for short durations if the wild variety are out of season
