AGV helmet line

Post by Perkles »

Does anybody know the helmet line up from AGV in terms of quality , level and use ? I asked the nice dumb in j&s but he was more interested picking his nose and playing on his phone
I fancy something at least carbon outer shell but ok for track and razzling across to Italy in

Had one briefly. For me they're a one-tank-helmet. There's nowt "wrong" with them, just too many little niggly things I didn't like.
Rough edge of the visor was sharp enough that it cut my nice new gloves, which certainly didn't do it any favours.

Fcukin' Italians.

Do you want an internal sun visor or not?

I have the Corsa which is one below top of the range Pista but it's a pure sportsbike helmet and no sunvisor.

Corsa is the best value helmet in their range IMO.

Hunt around and you can get it for 300ish

Pinlock is the greatest invention EVER! I would never have a lid without now
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

If you're not too fussy about the carbon then the K5 is a great lid. I'm using it more and more as commuting in it and also when I'm tired I tend to opt for that one. Personally I think that's a great lid for the money plus a sun visor which is worth it's weight in gold!
