I think it's done more to attract attention to the old bill and the bike thieves. Hopefully the media will latch on to it and start asking questions about the lack of action being taken.

It's terrible what happened to those guys. Police really need to do something about it. I mean harassing someone on the road or trying to steal their property is a huge deal.
