Caught 14 times by the same camera in 2 months

No sympathy from me.
He knows the limit for that bit of road (or certainly should being a professional driver). Being clocked 14 times disregarding that speed limit illustrates a blatant disregard for our societies prevailing laws IMHO.
Just because he hasn't been caught prior to the new Scammera installation is no valid mitigation, in my eyes quite the opposite.
Only a £355 fine too.! That's only £25 per offence, fwiw I'd be calling that a win if it were me..

....those are excellent points BUT....it's really no more difficult to maintain a slower speed than a higher one. And it's not like it was his first time driving that road.
Don't forget also that a maximum speed is just that...it's not a minimum, and it applies to all road users, day or night, and in any sort if weather.

Very well said D. I agree with you. The guy that's been caught has persistently broke the speed limit which does show he must break speed limits all over the place....and let's face it when was the last time anyone went into a taxi that stuck to speed limits!! Maybe he has pushed too many times!
