Decided to buy a new jacket as i have a new bike, but seriously my current RST jacket is about 7 years old and has seen better days. A new Laguna seca D-Dry jacket, vented & waterproof, reviews are pretty good. First dainese jacket i have owned.

I had a textile dainese jacket when I first got into biking. It was a quality bit of kit. I might still have it.

done the same myself , I splashed the cash and bought a Held jacket.
Ladies fit are really hard and I wanted a longer jacket without the need to carry a bum bag.
& pockets did it for me.
Very nice jacket Kingfixer, looks like it belongs to a super hero

I like held stuff. My next leathers may well be held :)

My Jacket arrived and it's awesome.

The quality feels so good,
I wanted to swap my leather jacket for textile and this seems to fit the job.

It also zips together with my Dainese bottoms, result.

Ladies cut very small though so the measuring guide on the site is spot on so order from that and not the usual clothing size you normally wear

The last couple of jackets I have bought have been far from waterproof so I cut down on my wet weather commuting because of it :(

I picked up a textile set out of the back of ride magazine for about £100 when I first started out and the whole set kept me warm and dry for about 5 or 6 years before it started to struggle in the rain, I just wish I could find that cheapo set again :(

Is it worth getting it treated? Some of the spray on stuff works really well. Don't use the wash in water protector - it covers everything and makes you sweat like Jimmy Savile at a Cub Scout sleepover.
