Hey Perks, I would be keen on the reciepe you are using. Found a few online but would feel happier with one I know someone is using. I’ve just dropped off using my nexium after 3 yrs and currently dealing with the symptoms with apple cider vinegar for reflux and iberogast for dyspepsia. But a nutritionist friend recommended me trying Kombuca as well (and activated Licorice)

Don’t drink light Tonic, the additive is worse for you than the sugar. Just put in more gin to reduce your sugar intake!

Hendriks and fever tree light.. Had to check for additives there are none..
