I must confess, the party was on Thursday.

And although I halved last year's total number of J-Bombs, 6 of them was never going to give me a relaxing night's sleep.

Having said that, because i barely slept I got no hangover. Which was nice considering I had to teach Ejection Seats all day!

I am brewing 5 litres of it now ,Malvern water ,,organic green tea ,cane sugar and a Scoby fermenting away

I'll sort you out a selection from my teas so you can experiment.
