New project
Hopefully starting on site next week re furbing the England Rugby Internationals club ( ERIC ) room. Have to have first phase ready for the NFL lot in October.

Not too sure to be honest, we only have 2 important dates, September for the NFL and then we have to be finished in November for the England match.
The scope has reduced drastically as they had to " value engineer" it to get it in budget !!

LOL got to love VE. The client budgets for 5 things he/she can't afford so the contractor removes 2 and then charges for 4.
