Used to see him all the time, especially around the train stations in liverpool and Birkenhead lines. Got nicked a few times...bit of a tosser, and only intimidated young lads...last time i heard, he was doing bird... think he's out now. Blacks who are very, VERY dark in skin tone can often become a blue/black or a purple/black.
