Boxercise. It must have been tough, I had a blinding headache at the end and left before the cool down stretches.

Decided I have to do something, started looking for gym memberships but will have to wait until me and the mrs have a bit more disposable income thinking I might have to take up jogging or cycling to help, probably be a case of getting up early and going for runs I suppose

Having stepped on the scales last night for the first time in 3 weeks it's clear I need to get back into the habit of eating less and exercising more.

I've gained 7 pounds

I might change my username to FatBastardBlobbyBob

I refuse to weigh myself at the moment Kwacky.. I'd put your mere 7lb gain to shame as I'm probably +5kg currently. I feel absolutely terrible.

Worst of all is I cannot exercise anymore besides upper body, my knee hates everything from walking to cycling and I won't even attempt to swim with it in its current state.

The most cardio I do is quad-sets of upper body workout doing 20-rep sets - 80 reps per set effectively.. I want to throw up at the end of the weights session!!

I've put on close to 10 kg since I stopped running, removed 90% of the stress in my life and found someone to drink gin with (lol) (lol)

I gave up weighing myself a couple of years ago. My weight loss plateaued so there was no point, now I use my trouser waist measurement as a guide.

Good man. Well done for getting out there and well done for being sensible and taking it easy. There is no rush, except to injury with running.

Have you looked round your local area for running clubs? The club I'm with is quite expensive for the area at £55 per year. If you find a decent club you can be paying that or less and get a couple of coached sessions a week.

Fair one, I know where your coming from. Another one to check out is parkrun. It's free and timed, plus there is a good community behind it.

Legs and arms. My hamstrings were screaming during the squats so I dropped the leg press from the routine to give them a rest.

I spoke to a guy there yesterday with a broken ankle and partly torn crucial ligament from a moto x crash has avoided surgery after 20 treatments so it must do something good,he's back racing again after 4 months next week

It's helping but it will take a long time
I finished a session today went to subway ate a a massive tuna salad and got home changed quickly then did a 2 hour bike ride, oxygen gives you energy if nothing else
