Managed to stub my big toe in the right foot and break it. The pain is horrible, it's making me feel sick.
Putting my biking boots on and trying to change gear will be fun.

I'd give the bike a miss tomorrow if I were you. The pain's made you forget which side the gear lever is on!

Re: Ouch ouch fecking ouch
Bloody hell. I broke my right big toe a couple of years back - I slipped on the bottom step of the stairs and kicked a guitar flight case, hard - and managed to get my bike boot on and get to work. But I was ordered to hospital shortly afterwards by work. They taped it up but that was all they could do.
**** hurt. Sympathies, dude.
Need to get your hands on some proper codeine, none of this paracetamol adulterated business.

Re: Ouch ouch fecking ouch
I broke my big toe up during a foul I purposely commited playing football (the player would have been through on goal otherwise).
Really regret it now as it made playing footy, running etc painful at times. I no longer have the same flexability and walk and run with trying to compensate for it. So be careful
I never had mine checked as I thought it was just a stub at the time so maybe strapping it would have helped, but I heard that there's nothing that can really be done for toes.
hope it heals well.

Re: Ouch ouch fecking ouch
Thanks.
It was strapped up last night after having a bag of frozen peas sat on it for an hour. I managed ot get it strapped again this morning. It's sore and I'm hobbling about but I'm sure I'll survive.
