We were on a train once coming back from London and there was some girl in front of us very loudly slagging her "friend" off on the phone for a good half hour to someone, she hung up and then proceeded to call said friend and slag of someone else to here for the remainder of the journey. I really wanted to take the phone away and just say "ooooohhh, you should hear the things she says about you....." then give it back, that would have taught her for being so loud on the train.

Selfish gits who think they dont have to wait and queue, I was up at Snetterton on Sunday for the British Touring Cars, the A11 gets a little busy, the amount of people who were diving in at the last second to get off onto the slip road was a joke... let alone the ones who just parked up on a dual carriageway and stopped the traffic until they could push in was insane...
RUDE RUDE RUDE.... all the while I am going backward and not getting forward... bloody arses...
RANT DONE....:)

I see that all the time at congested turnings Frankie, people are selfish barstewards for the most part.

Fwiw I never use the A11 for Snetterton, I use the same entrance unless the Coram back entrance is open, but go in from East Harling, and bypass the traffic - worth knowing btw.

The road surface between junctions 1 and 3 on the m25, dunno what they have donw with that section but in the wet it just does not drain at all, its just standing water, its dangerous, as soon as your past the junction it changes and is instantly better

People that do 100mph in lane 3 with 2 lanes clear to their left then slow to 70mph when they're overtaking a car in the middle lane doing 69mph...

I couldn't be arsed with it in the end, got a run on him, undertook and had to do over 120mph to get past him because he wasn't going to let me pass without a fight. He then attempted to get back past me the rest of the way once we'd left the motorway including cutting people up to try and be the car behind me. The temptation to use my towbar would have been very real.

Oh - did I mention he was driving one handed so he could use his mobile?

Fecking Arse Tit !

I don't blame you. It's more than taking the piss. It's not like you've bought a £25k run down shanty house to renovate, you've bought a very expensive newly built house. Fair enough, you expect a couple of snagging items but you've had nothing but trouble from day one.

I hope you get it sorted soon.

Yikes! Ceilings are the worst/hardest to get "right" too....there's just no room for error, as any little flaw shows up.

Can you put a picture over it??? ......../

Not good dude, but sadly not surprised. I work with these muppets, and choose to live in a Victorian house. Having seen what I've seen over the last 20 years I wouldn't touch a British new house with someone else's barge pole.

It will be a lovely home when it's finsihed it's just getting there (blush)

Had a meeting with regional construction director today.

They have repaired the leak and made good so you can't tell it's even happened. They have agreed to £2500 to replace furniture and £7500 credit with their fitted wardrobe supplier for all the agro we have endured since moving in as sweetner.

This is on top of £36000 we haggled before exchange for solicitors, stamp duty, estate agents and landscaping payments or costs.

Fairplay that's £46000 in incentives and I would estimate another £14000 minimum in repairs as had 10 floors, 2 bathrooms and a driveway plus over 200 smaller snags fixed or agreed to be fixed.

Called it 60k it's cost them. Just shows how much fat they have in the asking price. Robbing b@stards. All I can say is it's a good job I'm a stubborn cheeky c$nt.

Would I do it again. NO !!!!!!! Screw the money as good as it sounds, me and the wife have been ill with stress for close to a year, had our lives consumed by agro and close to breaking down at times. It's been agony (swear) some things are not worth the agro or upset however attractive the finances sound.

Thanks for the help and listening guys. Sometimes you just have to let the relief valve lift and blow off (blush)
