Pricks who insist on moving right over in their lane when the traffic is stationary, just so they can have a look to see what's going on. Mate, it's traffic. You can do feck all and you're making it difficult for me to get by, unless you want me to kick your mirror off?

Feckers who don't know how to use roundabouts

Up the coast on the weekend and the road out is roundabout mayhem. About 20 in 10 km of road. So many people going inside lane but straight thru' like lanes don't exist. (gah)

F***ing gym stinkers.

You go to the gym to work out.
If you're working out hard enough, you get sweaty. I get that.

What I don't get is going to the gym when you already stink of stale BO.

If you're already honking, and you start throwing weights around and grunting over-zealously for little reason, you're assaulting a good proportion of all my senses.

Honestly, this guy had a 6 metre danger area.

Taking a f**king shower, stink bag!

There are a couple of blokes like that at my gym. If I spot them when I go in I change my routine so I don't have to be near them.

There's no need for it. Dirty feckers.

It's endemic of people with a poor diet....smell like crap on the outside, means they're only putting crappy food inside themselves.

I noticed it more doing the VERY small amount of karate I tried....cos then you're getting really up close/in contact with some mobile stink-fests.

Best place to hide your wallet is under the soap.

Insensitive people that care little to none about personal space. Especially when you are reading a newspaper or checking something on your phone, I hate people leaning on and trying to read it. I wanna smack them on the face.

Nationwide Building Society. What twunts!!

They declined our mortgage application because of "undeclared credit" - there is none. After further probing they admitted the real reason which still makes no sense. Apparently they declare my girlfriends benefits income (PIP) as child tax credits and therefore only accept 70% of the value which has meant we are £18.5k short...

So are you left looking for another mortgage provider?

Can anyone in the family provide a guarantee for the shortfall?

We've already had to receive a gift from family as it is.. it may end up just falling through if we can't find another lender willing to lend the required amount.

Sorry to ask a stupid wuestion and don't mean to be rude but are you using benefits as a declared salary for getting a mortgage then? If you are I don't feel that is very wise as benefits can go up and down but interest on your mortgage will almost certainly go up, unless you are going to be able to cover the mortgage going up with your salary in the coming years. Just food for thought. So many people used Overtime pay as a declared salary and look how that ended!

Rossgo - Yes we are and my wage would cover all the bills if it had to during the fixed term period (2 years). Miss Cav has been doing voluntary work for a while now in order to build up her working hours. If needs be she could do part time workk

Mortgages for first time buyers are very hard to come by.

If you haven't already, I would recommend you try a mortgage broker.

HSBC are one of the hardest to convince to lend anyone money. When everyone else was bending the rules they carried on doing things the right way.

If 15y ago someone told you that 80% of UK under 25s were addicted to their tablets by 2017,, You may logically ( but wrongly) presume that drug use had become epidemic.

Not sure it's a vent or rant really, but one of the wife's friends died today from a rare form of cancer.

40 years old and she was always super fit and healthy and did pole dancing as a sport to a good level.

Just wanted to reiterate really that you should never ever put off til tomorrow, what you have the opportunity to do today.
