Watched this last night after recording it in Monday.
Fantastic programme made in two parts about Wilko Johnson initially confronting his own impending death from cancer and then a follow up after a doctor saw him at a gig and realised he might be able to save him.
The tumour he had was one which just grew but not spread throughout his body though the op to remove it was fraught with danger.
Amazing story and the way with which he deals with it all and especially the fact that life for him was actually very vibrant when he knew he had very limited time left and now that has gone and past, then life is no longer quite so special and 'of the moment'.
Well worth a watch.

I like Wilko. Always comes across as being very grounded.
I'll have a watch of that over the weekend. Ta.
