Sent Evotech 2 emails Kwacky. No response from them as yet. But it means I'm not going to get my new levers fitted over the weekendKwacky wrote:Raise it with Evotech. Their customer support is usually excellent. Hopefully they'll have a word with the courier. If the courier is being crap Evotech could threaten to look elsewhere

They must be shut for the holidays.
The last time I contacted them they replied and sent out a replacement order within a couple of hours and i had a call from the owner.

Agreed. I've ordered from them a few times before. I think the crap service is coming from UPS who's driver can't be arsed to drive out of his way. Like I said before FedEx only deliver here when they can be arsed.C00kiemonster wrote:Evotech service is normally excellent..

I think many companies are losing staff who have covid or are self isolating.Tuffers wrote:Agreed. I've ordered from them a few times before. Evotech replied to my email giving me the delivery updates. No help to me when they aren't even trying to deliver. Have tried to phone Evotech, phone just rings out so I sent them another email.
Get an email from UPS this morning saying parcel is being delivered between 10:15 and 14:15 today. Yet again no delivery attempted! This is three times they've emailed saying delivery will be on that day.

Complain to ups. There's an online form.
Then send another email to Evotech setting out when ups say they've delivered (or tried to).
Your contract is with Evotech, not ups, so Evotech need to deal with it.

Checked on the bikes and gave them a quick wheel around the garage.
The battery on the MV is flat. Everyone complains that MV use the worst batteries. I might have a look at a lithium battery.

I'm old. I forget what I thought about previously. Or I previously forget what I had thought about. Or I forget what I previously thought about.

started the pantigirdle just to hear it burble, stared at the KX450 ,forks are broke and cant get parts for 3 months
lifted the cover on the CX500 just to see if its still there
changed the foulded plug on the KTM 85 and 65 then started them both just to annoy any tree huggers passing by and the neighbours

I took the SX out. It was pretty windy and the roads are shitty but it felt good to be on a bike.

Agree.....winter air always seems clearer - or maybe 'cleaner'????
Either way, winter photos often seem to look tightened up.

Cheeky run out, still very cold, slippy, tyres not warming up at all... But a little blast always clears the head
