Decided the KTM was due some TLC after the weekends abuse by rider and weather.

1st a decent jet wash followed by a proper clean into all the little nooks.

Clean and lube of the chain.

Refreshed the rear brake fluid as it was black! (So easy to do after the RSV)

Had a look at the left end can. When I was riding the versys I noticed it was obscuring the rear light quite a bit. Whipped the rear fairing panels off and compared both mounts, the left one was off slightly but this was to accommodate the previous numpty who had fitted the exhaust strap the wrong way round (facepalm)

I've seen women dressed as ponies at those parties, but never as motorcycles. Obviously a Brum thing....

It's weird isn't it, feeling sentimental over a machine?

(shocked) No.!
I love my beautiful little grey 675 (u)

...then again, perhaps you'll just suggest I've just reinforced your "weird" argument. :^

The Versys got an admirer today. A bloke in a Focus pulled alongside me on the M40 and give it the thumbs up with "nice bike mate"

Bless, she doesn't get many compliments.
