I suspect he's going to spend the rest of the day trying to find out how much BHP a Versys throws out (?devil)
Lol, your not feeling you've dropped too much on power then.....

Get a Ryan Farquar supertwin tuned engine in there (muscle) that would surprise a few people and make the commute a full on giggle (giggle)

Fitted and wired in the Tomtom Rider sat Nav. Made pretty easy with the Multi having a dedicated power supply ready to use. The only gripe is why make both the wire tails black?? Had to look at the wires on the other side of the plug to work out which was the posistive.

Just mounted with a ram mount at the moment, but I hope to fit a navihalter at some stage in the future..... hint hint Duke (happy)

Has more time on my hands so fitted the F3MC interphone Bluetooth headsets to both helmets. Just went out for a blast and the sat Nav comes through nice and clear, music streaming works well and I rang home and left a message while doing 100km and it barely sounded like I was on the bike.

Mainly got the headsets for the Sat Nav and intercom with Jess (she's no good at understanding my sign language) but it will be handy to still be contactable when out on day rides while the kids are at school.

After the weekend away on the bike this weekend I'll write up a review of the headsets once I've put them through their paces.

I took the long way home.

This evenings entertainment was care of a Mini Cooper (one of the new ones). Not the fastest of cars but they stick to the road like clue.

I imagine you'll realise this anyway, but the Minimum level mark on the expansion is actually the Maximum level (otherwise you'll end up standing in a puddle every time you come to a stop)

Scrubbed mine in two up through the Putty Rd on Friday. Google Putty Rd NSW, great biking road although far to many end their biking career/life on it.

Rode around 70 miles to get to Abingdon Blade Motorcycle Villiage. It is a lovely day so decided to go early and take a look while it was cool and traffic was light. It's a nice set up they got there I think it still needs a bit of work making the place 'flow' a bit more like Swindon Branch but it's a lot better than what they had in Reading.

Not scrubbed in yet. making sure everything is cleaned and torqued to spec first.

For a sports touring tyre the profile is far more on the sports side. Very similar to the Rosso 3s on the 748.

Tried out the abba stand now the adapters have arrived, what a great bit of kit. Feels real solid, and coupled with a front stand any part of the bike is easy to get to.

While it was on the stand the chain got a proper clean and lube, also checked the tyre pressures ready for tomorrow.
