You'll be fine....this is a one time thing for you....they do this sort of thing all day, every day.

Today I'm doing mainly feck all. The most taxing this thing has been changing some door handles on the caravan.

I'm waiting for an update on my mum. She's been admitted into hospital with a suspected kidney infection. Her temp was 44! That's pretty impressive.

TBH I thought a temp that high would be pretty much fatal.

Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious. 44 is a bloody good effort.

More heart problems and now more bloody tablets to take !!

Thanks folks. It was recorded at 44.4 which is pretty impressive. She's responded really well and is resting and comfortable.

I know have to spend the next few months listening to her telling everyone how she nearly died (she didn't)

Prolly nowt today....weather forecast is for "hot as fcuk".

Met Frankie for a coffee and bacon sarnie ( food of the gods ) at the AV8 cafe this morning then a gentle bimble back, gave it a clean as I got caught in a shower even though there was none on the forecast !!!

Sorry Kwacky just read about your mum's high temp. Sorry to hear that buddy but very glad she is feeling better

Cheers. If she's anything like her mother she's going to be around for another 30 years and will give us a few scares on the way. The last 5 years of my nan's life saw her rushed into hospital several times with the "do not resuscitate" forms filled in.

Only for her to get comfortable, put on weight and be sent home in better shape than the last time
