There isn't much whip in my snapper

Taring my hand to bits for nothing, the front/secondary battery on the car is a bit of a mare to get at without taking the front bumper off but I'm stubborn so I made it work.. Then decided to run my tester on this 10 year old battery.




The front bolt on this ECU box is totally blind with the bumper on and surrounded by sharp things.





No point replacing that...

But the big one was toasted and probably about to fail.


The new battery is smaller so has the block-of-wood mod to make it fit... I'm not proud of that but it's secure.

Electric mountain bike?....What kind of sorcery is this????

Well seemed like a premonition.

Got back and about to take the kids to school this morning and my MUX wouldn’t start. Scan gauge reported battery at 11.2 Volts. Put the trickle charger on for 5 mins and got enough to kick it into gear, just. So after drop off, bought a new battery. Was on the OEM battery still and it’s a 2019 build, so not done too bad. Also it sits dormant for nearly 4 week’s regularly while I’m at work. Should really put the trickle charger on it while I’m away I guess.

But also jumped from 490 CCA to 720 CCA, so should be good for a while

I'm off to London for a conference with a barrister. I was expecting the train to be packed but it's pretty empty.

I think Fridays are a lot quieter in general, my train was quiet this morning.

Did a V8 Supercar racing drive experience today. Jess bought me a deal a couple of Christmas’s ago and I finally booked it in. Was at the track my ride days at.

Gotta say, disappointing. The coach i had let me push it once he realised I wasn’t a chump but compared to a lap on a bike it was definitely lacking. I paid for an onboard video and it only captured 3 out of the 10 laps I did. Only found that out once I got home.

Went to the gym
Went to a fish shop
Did some housework
Brushed the dog (she's moulting)
Took the dog for a walk
Washed the MV
Put my feet up
