Up bright and early and out of the house by 6am, met a coupe of friends and went and run a trail marathon.

Now proper fooked.

Went to meet some friends up in Skipton for a ride over to Devils Bridge and on to Glasson Dock for a bite to eat, then home again, about 240 miles all in for me and the first time this year that I have got some decent lean on in the corners.

The bike is now filthy and I'm looking forward to the next one,

few hours at Mallory for the first round of EMRA

Right now I'm playing guitar moderately loud....the neighbour's dog is going berserk as a result.

Last day of course, full day of scenarios, including internal structure live gas fires on BA, forcast for 30 deg C today.

I got 4 hrs sleep last night after way too many gins, this is going to hurt.

Well didn’t get the camper put up today for selling photos. Was 49 deg C and 50 km winds. Let’s hope no idiots flick there butts out the window today or we’ll be in for an mega blaze.

Was going to go to my IAM monthly meet up which i have missed out on for almost a year now but its snowed and its freezing so theres no way am i leaving the house unless its to take the dog out for a walk!

Had a great day. Spent the morning with the kids meeting about in the snow and walking through the woods. Went for a 12 mile trail run this afternoon in the snow and mud which was great fun.

Now, after a quick reset of the BT TV box I'm now chilled with a glass of wine watching motogp.

About to watch the MotoGP, was too tired last night.

Of to Manchester for a conference with a QC and some of our exits experts. Very nasty case, young child in a car crash, died twice at the scene. He's done really well and is approaching adulthood.

usual day n the office today, not really feeling it atm, I'm away on a course in April in Rugby and once thast done I can actually start writing my own business rather than relying on hand me downs which will be good because atm I feel rather fed up with everything.
