I have 2hrs 20 to finish a (currently) 26 page report to issue out to people ready for a meeting Tuesday morning; I'm not in Monday due to Uni so it has to go out today.

I've spent 2 weeks on it already and it doesn't feel like I'm getting anywhere.

It's a report for a box.. it's total overkill but I have to document it as we are asking the supplier to change a mould tool (approx. £25k)

Putting flat pack furniture together, building a lampshade and rearranging a large chunk of our storage including bookshelves, glasses, booze cupboard and the kitchen cupboards.

I’m knackered.

A Gretsch, only one of the lower end models, but just fancied something very different to anything Ive ever had so semi hollow body and funky pickups it is, its really nice actually for a budget guitar, I'm very impressed, hardware will probably get swapped out for better quality stuff eventually but as a platform to mod its great, pickups are lovely and warm sounding but bright at the same time, neck feels nice (if a bit too much lacquer on the back - ill bust out the sandpaper) but we popped in 1 of the biggest guitar shops in the country Saturday, Id heard good things about them and decided to pick that up and try it, for under £400 there was no way I was leaving with out it. I love the fact its like Gibson 335 style but a smaller body, just unique, nice little blues machine.

I specifically wanted the fixed bridge, most of my guitars have trems on them (mainly a strat man) and I do use them loads, but for this I wanted a straight up rock and blues, hit it hard and stay in tune jobbie.

well if swinging from days to nights wasn't bad enough last time I was out here, i got told today i'm going onto nightshift tomorrow to cover a no-show. So instead of being asleep right now I'm drinking coffee at 10pm and doing my best to stay up as long as possible so i can get some sleep tomorrow, after i swap rooms at 7am.
