Doh.
I managed to ruin last night's dinner by mistakenly using garlic SALT instead of garlic powder for a delicious steak a la brine. Ugh!!

One of the good bits about going to Sheffield is the food. They have 2 indoor street markets with freshly cooked food. Thursday's lunch was a curry platter, yum..
